Well it must be two types of category of seats that the college will be offering for the state quota students. This can be a reason for the website to show something like taht for all the colleges. Just choose the normal one and move ahead.

Your chances are quite low. Your possibilty of getting into any government college(medical or dental) is nill.
As the cutoff for MBBS in SC category in state quota for the year 2018 was 457 marks and that for government dental college was 429 marks.
