sir can i register for rajasthan UG neet counselling for BDS / MBBS admission in 2019 i am not a domicile of rajasthan but in defence

If you don't have domicile of Rajasthan then apply from that whose domicile you have . And more important thing is that you will need domicile if you want a seat under 85% state quota but if you get a seat under 15 % all india quota then you don't need any domicile certificate.
