Honestly speaking, Looks a lot difficult bro this year with increased level of competition. Wait for the state merit rank because that's what which can give you some hope of being a part of BDS university or not. 

Having a OBC category advantage but scoring this marks still won't help

Well usually all the medical and dental.colleges have the internship opportunity available for all the students on campus itself. Once the education period is over then the internship begins and continues till one year and then the exam and finally degree is awarded.

Hello aspirant. You are not eligible for BDS seat in government college under general category with this much score. If you had score around 450 you might have been eligible for state quota. You can get a seat in deemed or private colleges. There you may even get MBBS.

With this score in NEET there is very low chance for you to get admission in in any college in mbbs/BDS you can wait 2nd and 3rd counselling i you have to take admission in BDS only. Just Check in all the counselling dates of the colleges

With this rank it will be difficult to get an MBBS seat as this year cutoff's will be +20 to 25 marks higher as compare to last year's. But you can get BDS seat as last year the cutoff was around 320
