As your NEET rank is 29276 the rank is very good but it won't be sufficient for getting admission in medical colleges in Mumbai.The cutoff ranks are highest for general category students and that ranges between 7000-11000.The ranks differs from college to college.

Iam sorry to say this but 200 is a very low score to get a seat in Government College for either BDS or MBBS.So i would rather suggest you to prepare well and give NEET exam again next year.
