Hello Priyam,

As your NEET rank is 29276 the rank is very good but it won't be sufficient for getting admission in medical colleges in Mumbai.The cutoff ranks are highest for general category students and that ranges between 7000-11000.The ranks differs from college to college.Yo may get admission through donations.
