Admission into any college depends on many factors such as marks in NEET, category, gender, nativity, etc. So, for every category, the cut-off mark varies. The cut-off can be used as an indicator of whether or not a student gets a seat in some college (Govt. or private).

Since bds is generally easier to grab as compared to MBBS I suppose the score of 430 should be good enough to give you a bds seat at the state quota of haryana.

According to the level of exam this year I would say that you should not keep  very high hopes from MBBS at state or all india level but yes you can definitely get  a decent BDS seat at state level.
