In your marks it is tough to get into a BDS college even with the state domicile.

Hello there! I am sorry to say but with rank this high,there are very very low chances that you will get BDS seat in any government college. However you can apply for admission in private colleges and see if you have any chance there.

430 score is good but for 2018 cutoff for obc gone avove 474 for mbbs.
BDS, you may opt for that also in which college you are getting that is important. If you are getting colleges in Kolkata than it is good. Outside Kolkata than few colleges you may opt
Both of them are good options and are very differ from each other . BDS will give you degree for a dentist and b. Pharmacy will give you degree of a pharmacist . B. Pharm will be the better option for you as it will offer you plenty of job
Well after BDS you will have to register at dental council of that country to practice dentistry and then if you wish then you will be able to learn more while working. The process is different from India and the same goes for education process as s well.
