I will gain 430.i live in west bengal .can i gain govt college on mbbs or bds??? I have central obc certificate.

430 score is good but for 2018 cutoff for obc gone avove 474 for mbbs.
BDS, you may opt for that also in which college you are getting that is important. If you are getting colleges in Kolkata than it is good. Outside Kolkata than few colleges you may opt for like Bardhamman, Bankura.

In 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories for MBBS have been as follows:
OBC:A- 478
OBC:B- 474
So at 430 you have a chance at BDS. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
