Your marks is low and as you have not mentioned your State quota then with this marks you will not get any government colleges in India as you need to atleast score 580-590 to get a government college in all India category. Check previous year cutoff of neet

According to last year cut off which was 462 your son has chance to get seat in govt medical college for BDS. But the cut offs change every year and might deoend on the difficulty level of paper, number of applicants, increase in seats.
