Hello, 

120 is a very low score in NEET therefore, you have very less chances of admission in MBBS or BDS courses even with reserved category. The last year's cut off marks was more than 450 for MBBS and BDS in this category therefore, the chances of admission is less.

Dear Sir/ Ma'm, with this rank, it is definitely not possible to get a seat through the 15% All India Quota counseling. There are also not much possibilities of getting a seat through the 85% state quota counseling unless you are from any reserved category. You may get BDS whatsoever

Based on the cutoff of 2018 the minimum cutoff for MBBS was Government Medical College, Ratlam-326

For BDS it was Government College of Dentistry, Indore-394

This year the cutoff will vary based on the difficulty level of exam, no of applicants, no of seats available etc.
