Sorry but getting BdS or MBBS seat in a government medical college with this score is very difficult even under home state Quota. As for that you need to have a score above 400. However you may get seat in some average private medical Colleges with this score

Your rank is not too good in NEET 2019. You have chances to get BDS in private colleges. Also you can get some other branches other than MBBS. Getting a seat in government college is too difficult. So better you can try for private colleges. I cannot tell
