Based on the previous year cut off marks, you will require marks around 420 to get a seat in Himachal Pradesh Govt. Dental College. So you have more chances to get a seat in Govt. dental college. But also mind that every year cut off marks will vary.

You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a score of 179 , you have chances of getting a seat only in private colleges in Kerala. For government dental colleges, the score must be 450 in general category under the state quota and I'm Tamilnadu it

Sorry to sat but According to previous years cutoffs of Uttar Pradesh you will not be able to get a seat of MBBS in government medical colleges even if you have a state quota of UP as those cutoffs are above 550.
