Its a little bit difficult to get admission in govt management colleges...  The cut off is usually 400- 450 ... But keep an eye on the cut off..You might get chance in non govt management colleges.. Try your best... 

Hello. I’m extremely sorry but it is quite difficult to make it into a government or private college in Tamil Nadu for BDS with this score.

during the previous year, the NEET cut off was quite high for all colleges in Tamil Nadu, be it government or private, for BDS
