You can either do a postgraduation (probably MDS, though you are eligible for other courses like UPSC, MBA etc but that would mean changing streams) or you can open a clinic of your own or get a job in a hospital.
With this NEET 2018 score the chances are less to get a seat in All India Quota seats but you might have the chance for the state quota seats. The other options you can apply for the private colleges & deemed Universities.
