It was being speculated that the Nta will going to take Neet twice a year but this idea had been approved till yet and is very difficult to the approved also, as in NEET the syllabus is so huge that to conduct the paper twice a year then

Based on this NEET 2018 rank as you know that the chances are less to get a seat in Government colleges but you can try for Deemed Universities or private colleges management quota seats.
Mop Up round will be conducted if the seats remain vacant.
In above mentioned courses BHMS is better. Its scope is now enhancing and its demand is increasing in medicine field after allopathy homeopathy is being prefferd by people and in coming years its going set its benchmark. But it is the most difficult of the mentioned courses while BAMS is
