Otherwise in private institutions such as Kasturba medical college and kalinga institute of dental science, as low as 400 has been sufficient to get a seat in bds.

The cutoff varies year to year so it would be tough to tell you the exactly. As per the last year cutoff you have less chance under 15% quota & state quota seats as well. You can try for the private colleges.
