You can get a private college for MBBS but for dental you can easily get a government college as your score is good for BDS stream and sufficient enough to provide you admission in a medical private college

There are several other courses apart from MBBS/BDS which you can opt for like BHMS, BAMS, BUMS, B.V.Sc and AH, B.Pharm, BPT etc.
According to the previous year cutoff, you must score marks more than 550 for admission to Government Dental colleges under All India Quota.
Cutoff vary from state to state and cutoff is different for every college.
