as I think, in every college is started in the month of July-August.
Echelon Institute of technology will be started from 1st August according to the academic calendar.
Orientation Days (1st Yr Students) 30th - 31st July and Commencement of Classes 1st August (Wednesday).

You can try GRE anytime but I advise you to give it a shot in the second year. Settle yourself first and then be focused rather than jumping into it out of excitement.

hello.. you can get the admission in IIT and nit but the process you need to follow is the same as you do after 10+2 while taking a IIT and NIT college
