Can a student study JEE syllabus before joining btech in any top college of TS rather than IITS and NITS

Yes a student can study only JEE syllabus as it is recognized as All India Engineering Entrance Examination  . So it is valid across all the states in India . Mostly all the colleges for engineering accept JEE exam .

The maximum number of times a candidate can give JEE Main is thrice that too in consecutive years. So, you still have one attempt left for JEE Main. As far as NEET is concerned there is only age limit in it. The best thing you can do is
