see it's completely vain to compare both the above streams as they have their own pros and cons.. just the difference is you'd get to have more of technical knowledge if you prefer b.tech and would have ample amount of roads to travel on.. same is the case

Here’s the thing, around 80% of CS/IT students from Medi-caps were already placed before the final exams. TCS alone recruits above 200 from Medicaps. And there are many companies which visit the campus for only CS/IT.
Acropolis is also good but Medi-caps wins hands down !

There are always two ways to go abroad. Either immigration or studies. Immediately after b.tech if some one wants to go abroad then the only way is to choose a country, university and course and start your preparation for the same.
