hello there!!
see it's completely vain to compare both the above streams as they have their own pros and cons.. just the difference is you'd get to have more of technical knowledge if you prefer b.tech and would have ample amount of roads to travel on.. same is the case with bsc too but there you'll learn more about science..

To this I can say nothing but you have to talk to your family for this.. if you're able to crack a govt college for CSE btech then go for that if and only if you wish to study other subjects too.. I mean personally I will recommend you to go for btech CSE if it's a govt college..Thank you :)
