at such a higher rank, you can get any college but there will be difficulty in getting CSE at IET,lucknow. however you can get biotechnology easily.

IIMT is not a good option
U should apply for GL Bajaj it is one of the best Colleges
There is as such no minimum pecentage criteria of marks in 10+2.However more than 50% is requirred.
