did you appeared for any entrance examination ? if yes provide its informations as well so that it easy to give a correct insite. if not prepare of it and write the examination next year because every good colleges only accept students through these examinations only.

abes engineering college ece branch will be best for you as it is highly ranked college , you will get better job opportunities and experiences and even teaching faculty is much better than other colleges.

Both have good placement but in case of infrastructure and facility LPU is better than any other University. Being an alumnus of LPU I would prefer LPU as it has helped me grow professionally and provides exposure to various opportunities in terms of internships, workshops, guest lectures, industrial visits, placements
Sorry to say but chances are less to get Ece in Northern Indian engineering College with this rank.
