In the first place let me clear up something. Because Biotechnology and Bio-therapeutic has "BIO" in it, it doesn't mean they are the same. They both are proficient courses which prepare you on two unique territories. 

Biomedical Engineering: BME is a course which is fundamentally Electrical and hardware building

PLz tell me category beacause if you are general category then you will not get good college with this rank.you can try For some state engineering college.but you are from category then you may get it.fact of getting ece /civil is not matters much beacuse in one college you are

lucknow University is good for only the Btech while BCA go for the private colleges those will take bit high fee but give a quality education

If you belong to OBC/ST/ST category then this scorecard can be used for admission in B.Tech in private college. If you belong to general category then it cant be used because you have not secured qualifying marks. It will be better to take admission based on 12th marks.
