NTA conducts IITJEE Mains and advanced exam for giving admission to qualified students in IIT's,NIT's,IIIT's and GFTI's.

Yes you can pursue Btech in Computer Science Engineering without giving JEE.The options for that is

1.Give state level Engineering Entrance Exams like WBJEE,UPSEE etc.

2.Give private Institutions Engineering Entrance Exams

To be very honest, core companies are very less in INDIA. So chances of getting into core is very tough. iNTEL, Qualcomn etc are recruiting from Top IITs and NITs only. Mostly they prefer mtech(vlsi).


There are very few core like dxcorr,sankalp semiconductor etc recruits btech students from state level

Yes you can prepare in this way that you can take admission in some btech college and can prepare for the jee main 2020.
So of my friends have also done like this and now going to take admission in some different college.
