B.E is Bachelor in Engineering and B.Tech is Bachelor in Technology. Both are same only the syllabus differs little bit. B.E/B.Tech degree is same everywhere only the syllabus is different.

According, to previous year cut off you have chances to get admission in this college if you score around 100 marks in MHT CET.

Cut off marks varies as per branches as well.
