Please tell which particular scholarship program you are talking about because the criteria and norms cannot be the same for all. Also, in case you are talking about any scholarship that your college provide then it is advisable to talk to the college authority directly.

There is no weightage of class 12th in MHT CET or JEE Main exam you only have to fulfill the eligibility criteria.

Yes, BHU offers undergraduate courses like B.tech and lot more. It comes under one of the most prestigious colleges and holds overall 6th rank in India, 5th among all University's.

In b.tech its offer's courses like:-

Gen rank : upto 1500 or 2000 including all branches and counsellings
