I am an SC candidate under fee reimbersemt and was detained in btech 1st yr due to less attendence. Am i eligible for scholarship next year?

Please tell which particular scholarship program you are talking about because the criteria and norms cannot be the same for all. Also, in case you are talking about any scholarship that your college provide then it is advisable to talk to the college authority directly.
