I would suggest you to go for 12th Improvement exam because this score is not sufficient to apply for any of the engineering entrance exam if you want to be a Software Engineering. Class 12th Improvement application form is going to be out, it is expected in last week of
Practically if you wish to stay in technical filed then for Mtech in ECE or the field you are interested in. Or else you can apply for MBA for management field.
You have to decide which field you are interested in.
