With this rank it will be very difficult for you to get admission in any government college through upsee if you are from general category. If you are from some other category even then getting a good branch will be very difficult. However, you can try for the private colleges

If you want to get into MNC like HCL/TCS/Infosys/CSC and work as Software Developer/Programmer Analyst/System Engineer with a MINIMUM starting package of around 3.25 lacs per annum, then B.Tech in CSE/IT from GTBIT is appropriate for you.
But if your interest is in Electrical/Mechanical or some other field

As per the academics are concerned it is a good college, the faculty of the college is good and helpful.
