For getting admission in Btech, you need to qualify entrance in any college with 75% score. Btech includes three main subjects that are Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics so, make your choice very carefully in choosing your course.

Basically Integrated M.Tech course is less preffered now a days and as a result only B.Tech holders are more preffered over integrated M.Tech holders is job. 

As well IIIT is a also a nationally recognised institute and has good value regarding the courses they provide. It would be good
