Basically Integrated M.Tech course is less preffered now a days and as a result only B.Tech holders are more preffered over integrated M.Tech holders is job.
As well IIIT is a also a nationally recognised institute and has good value regarding the courses they provide. It would be good

It is mandatory for thr candidate to present the category certificate at the time of counselling procedure and documents verification. If the candidate fails to do so, he/she might be disqualified from the procedure or most likely to be considered a general category candidate for seat allotment.

yes you may pursue your btech course in mechatronics engineering after completing diploma in mechanical engineering. there is a lateral entry exam which conducted in every state to admission in btech after diploma. you can join the btech courses rom second year through this lateral entry exam. however

Well, to be honest this may be a hinderance for you, but according to rules and eligibility criterion laid by most of the colleges, as long as you don't apply for flying, you are eligible for aeronautical engineering, given the fact that you can diffrentiate between colours.

Yes, eye sight is an important factor for this.Before joing you have to clear the medical test but if you have other capabilities sometimes they even ignore that.What basically matters is your rank in IIT JEE or STATE ENTRANCE EXAM for the entrance.Anyway, you can get away with

Coming to your question I would like to tell you that you can give yearly the fees of the nit Muzaffarpur , the total fees is around 43 , 000 rupees for the 4 years of the engineering in the college ,

It would be better to give yourself a try. May be you have the potential to score good in jee to get admission in btech in top IIT and NiT only , if you are solely interested in engineering. But if you're not then you may proceed with taking admission
