Most worst University in the world, they never give you good marks , examiners never check your copy properly, they delay your results. Very corrupted University, they don't take any responsibility Private Universities are much better for UG courses although fees is high.

But if your transfer was before 12 th then you will not get any reimbursement .

B.E. is not taught in all the government colleges. It is taught in less number of government colleges. Jadavpur university, Calcutta University offers B.E. but those college's cutoff are very low. But as you belong to the OBC category you do have some chances of getting a seat
