As mechatronic syllabus is not included in gate, could I join M Tech in IIT without GATE after my B Tech in mechatronics?

You can give GATE in any branch and in Mechatronics it will be the combination of EE, ECE and ME. But I personally sugget you that you can opt ME in GATE among them because there are no problem to take admission in M.Tech but PSUs companies are taking Mechatronics

Is B tech agriculture or Bsc agriculture which is a good course?

Both fields have good career options and are completely different to one another. If you are more technologically inclined, go for B.Tech. Of course you can pursue B.Ed to pursue your dream career in teaching after completion of your B.Tech degree.
