                   For general category it may be difficult to secure a seat in Nit or IIIT  with this percentile, but for  other categories there may be chances of getting into NIT  IIIT.

        Also there are many govt. colleges around the country  which accept applications on the basis of  JEE

Congragulations !! You have a good score in your 12th standard,but the admission to the course ,b.tech food technology is reserved by the CEE under KEAM examination.But if you are very passionate about studying the course there is a method through which you can enroll into private colleges

Application fees or Entrance test fee is: Rs. 500/- for General Category &

Mmm Gorakhpur has good placements for core branches like electrical  and mechanical. if you are tech savvy then your chances are good to be placed as  ECE department will help you being placed. The highest salary package offered in the year 2018 was 15 LPA.

However,  Amity Lucknow is better

At this percentile there is no chance to get admission in any government college of India but I will tell you at this JEE percentile you can take admission in govt college through management at a very low fee near about 50k but if you belongs from a poor family

Everything is relies on level of difficulty of test but still 49 in obc category is not sufficient for taking admission in govt. college for btech but still there are possibilities of getting good Colleges in your home state through your score...try for guiding round or councelling round
