Sorry but the Indian Navy B.tech cadet entry scheme is only for male candidates. If you want to be an engineer in the navy you could give the CDS exam after completion of your B.Tech and apply for technical entry.
According to the recent scenario, most universities allow pursuing B.Ed after B.Tech.
So, If you have graduated from a recognized university and secured at least 55% you are eligible for pursuing B.Ed.

You can apply in CCET (PU) Chandigarh, also you have not mentioned if you have some quota.
Also, you can go for Biotechnology branch in UIET (PU).
