Looking at previous year and their cutoff in the 4th round, There isn't much of a change. If you could tell me what rank was the closing rank for round 3 in the sc category for the btech course you wanted, maybe i can look deeply into it,

If you are aiming for a job in the foreign country, then VIT integrated course is definitely better because when you finish your masters abroad, you will get job opportunities there and if you're able to nail that, then you can aim to settle there. Else you can take SRM

You Scored Decent marks for applying for admissions. You will get admission in B.Tech college but not top and good engineering colleges. You will get admission in some of the mild and under-rated colleges.

If you want good and top colleges you can reapply for HPCET Exams.
