To get admission into 4 years B.Tech programme, they have to apply for national & state level examinations.

You can also apply for university-level examination organized by the various colleges in Jharkhand state. It is compulsory to appear any of the examinations for admission to the enginerring course.

You have secured 88.89 percentile in JEE MAINS. so according to that you would have a CRL near 100k. It is really difficult to get CS in a government college if you are a general candidate.
