Their is very few government college seat for btech in marine engineering through IMU CET.

You have no chance to get goverment college on this rank. The cutoff for the government college in general category is about 600 to700.

You can apply in other private colleges in it .

There is definitely a integrated program for CSE (BTech+ Mtech). It is a 5 year course having a total fee close to 4.25 lakhs, Do search on the web for more information about this.

Since you had done better in BCA, there is a better opportunity in this sector. However, you can go for BTech if you are more interested in it.

Also, you can go to colleges which are available to you through entrance exams for BTech.

According to 2018 cutoffs, with this rank you can not get B.tech in CSE at IIIT Naya Raipur. The closing rank for 4-year B.tech in CSE at IIIT Naya Raipur was 24394 and the closing rank for 4-year B.tech in Electronics and communication engineering was 42281. Please take care
