Hello Prakrit,

Although you have scored very less marks in board exams you can get few private colleges or you can give many entrance exams like UPTU, VIT, COMEDK,etc. You cannot give JEE MAINS as you are not eligibile for that.

No JoSAAA counselling does not include Tezpur University. It only includes government colleges like National Institute of Technologies(NITs) and Indian Institute of Technologies(IITs). For Tezpur university, fill the form separately at its website before the last date. JoSAAA counselling has no relation to this.
