i have two sons. both appeared for MET 2019 B Tech. With MET Ranks 10637 and 14554 what all options and campuses can i expect?

Your sons can get into almost every branch in MIT Sikkim and MIT Jaipur , except Computer Science and engineering.
But in the Manipal campus, following are the probable branches:-
Civil
Biotechnology
Biomedical
Chemistry
Media
Electronics and Instrumentation
Aeronautical
Automobile
Industrial and production
