In Tamil Nadu, there are many colleges that accept JEE Main scores for admission –

I dnt think so there is Any good college at 65 percentile.You can apply to your state level..You may get some Good college at state level..Because at state level colleges there is No outside candidate seats reservation so there is High chance of Low cutoffs.So plan According to It
