if you have aa done a graduation course for 4 years, you are eligible for MS in USA and other countries like germany.

germany is preferred because of zero tuition fee and better return on investment.

you may or may not do an integrated courses. mtech will only add

I filled up the MHTCET FORM but by mistake i selected PCB group and in 12th I have pcm group so CAN I TAKE admission in btech engineering

You cannot take admission in btech by filling the form in PCB group .You should have filled it in PCM group .
You should wait for correction window.
But as of now on the official website there is an  undertaking form which you can fill if your application
