Is this your JEE Main Percentile? With this percentile the chances are very less to get a seat in any of NIT, IIIT, GFTIs. You can try for the state level counselling for B.tech programme. To know your admission possibilities in state level counselling you can use JEE

Sorry to say that you may not get a good college for doing BTech in IT. If you want to take the admission this year only then you can get a average state level private university for that.

For your rank you have no chances to get Biotechnology at VIT university, Vellore Campus. And there is no Biotechnology course in Chennai, Bhopal And Amaravati campus. But there is Bioengineering course in Bhopal campus. Biotechnology some what relates to Bioengineering the major difference between these two

If you have passed improvement mark sheet with you at the time counselling then MMM university accepts yours at the time of admission.

For admission in B.E mining engineering you need to take admission in a college which offers this programme.For that you would need only to appear for JEE not GATE .GATE exam is for graduates not undergraduates. So you will need to give JEE .All the best.
