You will get CSE at KIIT since your rank in KIITEE is 1050 and past year cutoffs show a minimum rank of 3,500-4,500. In SRMJEE, the merit seats for CSE get filled by around 5,000 rank and that in VITEEE is 4,000. So, KIIT would be a better option

Yes, there is B.E (Bachelor of Engineering) in chemical engineering in many colleges.

B.e is a 4 year undergraduate course with different specializations like-computer science,

Eletronics,civil Engineering,Information Technology,Chemical Engineering.

B.E courses are more focused in theoretical Knowledge.
