Dear Lovish as per your marks and jee percentile very less chance to get govt colleges. As per my knowledge and some feedback and opinions by some students of both colleges I find out JECRE is a better option than SKIT because it provides a better environment and teaching facilities

To get admission in JMI-

• You need to fill online application form with all details and then 
• Give writtten entrance exam and qualify the interview round.

If you have given JEE you may get admission through its marks also.

Sorry to say but you won't get admission with 256 marks as for getting admission in Dr.  Bhim Rao Ambedkar University you ranking should be under 1000 .

The fee for 4 year course at amity noida for the batch starting from 2019 is 10,04,00Rs in total. Yes the feel structure changes everry year for the new admissions. For evening batch the fee for b tech biotech course is 0.85 lakh per semester.

No won't get admission through management quota in vit because they allowed students who scored 1 lakh 10k in viteee so please don't get trapped in that they will ask you much amount or they will try to convince you that take admission in different colleges.
