Hi Ishika, As per the eligibility criteria of ISI, to give the exam, you must have Statistics as a subject during your B Tech degree. Otherwise, you can give M Math exam, which requires mathematics as a subject during your Btech degree.

For that, Check your Btech curriculum. You should have taken statistics as one of the subjects during your 1st or 2nd year Btech degree. If not, you can do a minor in statistics in final or pre-final year, which will make you eligible for the exam.
What do you mean by minor in statistics?
A minor is an additional course taken along with your prescribed curriculum. Option for opting a minor is generally provided by the college. For more clarification, provide your year and college from where you are pursuing your Btech.
