No, the eligibility criteria for M. Sc physics is B. Sc. ( hons) physics with a minimum aggregate of 50% considering all three years of B. Sc. 

Hence, you are not eligibile for Me. Sc. Physics in BHU but you can try in universities like JNU, DU, University of Hyderabad

The deadline for registration vary with the programs. Candidates must submit the application form between April 22, 2019 and May 20, 2019 depending upon the program. As of my knowledge, they have not given any notification about the last date of submission of application form for the BTech program.
