It is depending upon which engineering college you want to go for. If you chose to study in private engineering college then the fees will be higher but if you chose to study any government college then the fees structure will be lower competitively.

I'll suggest Chandigarh University's B.tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering due to its good alumni network. The alumnis are well placed and also it provides a good platform. It doesn't mean that Amity University doesn't provide good platform but now Chandigarh is good.
