1. If you want to Pursue B.tech in NIT's give JEE Exam and If you want to Pursue B.tech in IIT's then JEE Advanced exam and B.tech is not there in BITS but you can do B.E by giving BITSAT Exam.

2. If you want to Pursue B.tech

If you get above 95 percentile you can get very good colleges in your domain with your demanding branch. Good college plays a very important role in future life similarly getting your interested branch is very essential for your future perspective, try to get above 90 percentile.
